"I am writing to express my disappointment with the new formula of this product. Unfortunately, I do not like the changes that have been made. The new formula has a strong, unpleasant odor and does not seem to be as effective or as strong as the previous formula. Since switching from the original formula, I have noticed that it is no longer working for me at all. I have been a loyal customer and have used this product for the past six years, which makes this change especially frustrating. I am very disappointed with the new formula and hope you will take customer feedback into consideration. I would appreciate it if you could address this concern and provide information about whether the original formula may become available again or if there is a solution for customers who are unhappy with the changes."
