Refund, Exchange, Cancellation Policy
The products available for purchase on our web site are non refundable, or exchangeable. Due to the expensive value of our ingredients, we do not provide any returns/ exchanges/ cancellations or refunds.
If you purchase one of our products, after your payment has cleared it's your product. Once the merchant has cleared, no refunds will be given.

Answer: All packages are verified and checked by our production before the products are packaged and shipped out. Ambi Pretty Biznez, is NOT responsive for any damaged or lost goods during transit by USPS. Please file a claim with your local Postal Service for assistance.

Answer: Shipping cost to Canada is $25.00. Canada Priority Shipping timeframes is 6-10 Business Days, with a limit of 2 items allowed. Anything greater will cause an increase in shipping fees.

Answer: GB shipping is $30.00. United Kingdom, Priority shipping is 6-10 Business Shipping, with a limit of 2 items allowed. Anything greater will cause an increase in shipping fees.

Answer: Yes we ship worldwide. Please be aware shipping prices varies for each country, but our product and prices remain the same.
Question: How can I order if I do not live in USA, Canada, or GB?
