Regimen, Toning, Skincare FAQ’s

Question: Could I use this if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
Answer: Skin Toning  should be avoided at all costs during pregnancy, as it increases the risk of sun exposure, something expectant moms cannot afford. There's really no alternative to skin toning during pregnancy, and it should be put off at least until you are no longer pregnant or  breastfeeding. As a company we all have or Do's and Don'ts.

Question: What are good ways to exfoliate?
Answer: Always exfoliate 1-2 times on a weekly basis. We do provide products online that we recommend are great exfoliating products.

Question: I’m using toning products and my skin has  gotten darker.   Are there any concerns I should be aware of during my usage of toning products?
Answer:  Exfoliating too much can dry and irritate the skin causing irritation and inflammation. Inflammation in darker skin tones makes melanin rise to the surface of the skin, which results to hyper pigmentation.  When using toning and brightening products during the day it makes skin very sensitive to sunlight therefore, use toning products only at night if you can help it.

Question: Does Pretty Biznez lighten discoloration underarms, bikini area, and other intimate areas?
Answer: Yes, Pretty Biznez is designed to fade dark sensitive areas. Try 12 oz Pretty Extra to start.

Question: I have problems with acne scarring. Will your product  help to lighten these spots?
Answer: Yes, but it is important to not pick at pimples. Doing so  will often leave unattractive scarring.  Being  consistent and  following a regimen is extremely important to achieve effective results in fading acne scars. After a few weeks of everyday usage, dark marks will appear less noticeable, resulting in a lighter, more even skin tone.

Question: How fast can I expect to see lighter results?
Answer: Our Toning product is formulated to work on all types of skin as well as different ethnicities. Of course results vary. Most customers see a dramatic improvement within 2 -3 weeks. Others with darker skin may see results in 3  weeks or more weeks. If no improvement is seen after 4-10 weeks, discontinue product usage.

Question: I would like to lighten my skin a few shades lighter. Which body strength do you recommend? 
Answer: One of the strongest and a  HOT SELLER  is the  Pretty Plus Tax. It is our most aggressive toning lotion for the body and should be used preferably at night. Remember to follow up with SPF suncreen daily, during and after treatment in daytime in order to avoid further pigmentation. 

Question: Do your products contain sunscreen?
Answer: No, We do recommend using a sunscreen during the day to maintain an even skin tone.

Question: Does Pretty Biznez Skincare products contain Hydroquinone or any other toxic substances?
Answer: No, Our skincare does NOT include any synthetic hydroquinone, mercury, steroids, or bleach.

Question: Will it work for all skin types/tones?
Answer: Yes! Pretty Biznez works equally well for all skin tones including African American, Asian and Caucasian.

Question: I have sensitive skin, will  Pretty Biznez products, cause rashes or breakouts?
Answer: If you're concerned, you should always test the product on a small area of skin like your elbow or jaw line to make sure you don't have a reaction. Again, no adverse reactions have been reported, but everyone skin type is different.

Question: I am not seeing results yet, what should I do?
 Answer:  Pretty Biznez products, is guaranteed to show results no later than two weeks. Not exfoliating and cleansing the skin can hinder results.

Question: What is a good skincare regimen?
 Answer: It is always important to exfoliate at least 1-2x on a weekly basis. Toning soaps as well are also what helps to keep your skin nice and even for better results.The correct process for a good and effective skincare regimen is the following: CLEANSE, TONE, APPLY PRETTY BIZNEZ Toning lotion.

Question: I have sensitive skin can I use Kojic Acid?
Answer: No, Kojic Acid is a harsh toning soap. If you are using Kojic Acid and have sensitive skin on your face or body, this soap will cause irritation.

Question: What can I do to avoid tanning, especially in the summer time?
Answer: Use sunscreen. No matter what nationality you are it is also important to exfoliate. Fact nationalities with melanin in their skin have a higher risk of sensitivity to the sun. Also people who have eczema and hyper pigmentation. If you do not use sunscreen, you will increase the risk of sunburn and tanning.


Question: If I apply Pretty Biznez products and then apply sunscreen, will I still get the full benefit of both the products, or will they cancel out each other?
Answer: Yes, you can still apply  Pretty Biznez products and then apply a sunscreen ON TOP. You will still receive the full benefit of both products. It is recommended to use a spray sunscreen. Spray sunscreen is light weight and NOT heavy on the sun.

Question: I noticed some reviews where customers skin tone changed. Will this happen to me, I only want to get rid of dark spot, acne, or just a certain area but I also want to stay my natural skin complexion. Will your products still work without changing someone’s skin tone.
Answer: Our products have the ability to used however you want them to be used. Keep in mind there are people with skin conditions that make their skin darker. In which that is not their natural skin tone. We have low strength products that will NOT change your skin tone, but also correct problem areas.

Question: Do your products contain bleach, or any other harmful things that may cause cancer or any skin illness?
 Answer: No, All our products contain natural ingredients. None of our products have bleach, steroids, chemicals, Hydroquoine, etc. In the production description we provide a list of ingredients that are included.

Question: Are there any side effects while or after using the products?
 Answer: No, There are NO side effects at all. This product is a all natural safe and effective skin toner.

Question: What is your return policy?
Answer: Due to the expensive value of our ingredients, we do NOT provide any returns/ exchanges/ or refunds.

Question: What happens if my shipping address is different from my credit card?
Answer: Cardholder security is always important to us. Please be advised that a Pretty Biznez does not allow shipping to an address that is different from the credit card billing address. Any attempts to use a different address (such as work/friends house) will result in a pending authorization. The pending authorization will automatically be refunded within 3-5 Business days and your order will be cancelled.

Question: How do I know if I received the correct strength?
Answer: We have colored coded dots to indicate the strength.

The following bellow shows the strength chart.

1. Prettiness = Red
2. Pretty Extra = Green/ Blue
3. Pretty Plus Tax = Yellow

Question: What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping or email address?

Answer: All customer can pay via Credit Card, Debit, Visa, Master Card, etc.

 Shipping FAQ’s

Question: What days are all orders shipped out, so I can know when to order?

Answer: Our processing and handling time frame is 3 to 7 business days after your order has been placed. You will receive an automatic email with tracking once shipped off. All orders are processed and handmade by our incredible CEO Ambi. We ship out on Mondays and Thursdays this is  does not mean all orders placed will be shipped.

If you would like to check the status of your order please  visit our website and click the "Track My Pretty" button from drop down menu, or if visiting the website from a desk top  computer the option will be on the top of the screen.This function is available for your convenience.



Question: What happens if I receive a damaged package or my package gets lost?
Answer: All packages are verified and checked by our production before the products are packaged and shipped out. Ambi Pretty Biznez, is NOT responsive for any damaged or lost goods during transit by USPS. Please file a claim with your local Postal Service for assistance.

Question: What is the charge for international shipping to Canada?
Answer: Shipping cost to Canada is $25.00. Canada Priority Shipping timeframes is 6-10 Business Days, with a limit of 2 items allowed. Anything greater will cause an increase in shipping fees.

Question: What is the charge for international shipping to GB?
Answer: GB shipping is $30.00. United Kingdom, Priority shipping is 6-10 Business Shipping, with a limit of 2 items allowed. Anything greater will cause an increase in shipping fees.

Question: Do you ship worldwide?
Answer: Yes we ship worldwide. Please be aware shipping prices varies for each country, but our product and prices remain the same.

Question: How can I order if I do not live in USA, Canada, or GB?
